Can this replace research with my users?
Think of this as supplementary to research you do with your users. Research will help you identify needs, beliefs, expectations and motivations of your users. Usability View provides quick feedback on the functional aspects of your product and design allowing you to move forward with confidence about what to focus on fixing and what's working well.

How do you provide the report so quickly?
Because of the async nature of requests and that we limit the number to 1 at a time, this process allows us dedicated focus without the interruption of  meetings, slack and other admin tasks.  

How is this better than a user testing platform?
‍User testing platforms are a great way of getting your ideas in front of people. However, there's usually more work to do afterwards analysing and organising the data. Usability View does that work for you with a usability framework and clear recommendations for improvements - something you don't get with user testing platforms.

Can I really cancel at any time?
Yes! Because the subscription is monthly, as long as you cancel before your next payment is due your subscription will not renew. If you cancel part way through the month you will still be able to create studies and receive reports, as per your plan limit, until the end of the month you have paid for.

What happens if I cancel?

Once a subscription has been cancelled you’ll still be able to log into your account, view and download any previous studies. In the account section you will also be able to renew your subscription.

Can I upgrade from a trial plan to a standard plan at any time?

Trial plans will automatically upgrade to a standard plan at the end of the first month. Because our pricing is structured around monthly usage and limits, any changes take affect on the next monthly payment date and not part way through the month.

Can I get something specific included in the report?
All of our clients will receive our comprehensive templated report which doesn't allow for any structural changes. If there’s something specific you want included get in touch to discuss as we’ll do our best to meet your needs.
